APPLICATION & SCREENING

We will market your property and once we have an interested party, we will guide them through the application process using our online portal. We run a credit check, background check, and gather income documentation. We then share the information with you for your stamp of approval. Once approved, we put together all necessary lease documentation (incl. condo association or HOA documents) that need to be completed by incoming residents. We also conduct a move-in inspection while delivering keys to the new tenant.
